Gifting has been on my mind a lot recently because you know, there are only roughly two weeks left between now and Christmas day – deep breaths – and because I have been publishing weekly gift guides in the hope that they might take some of the pain out of Christmas shopping for you. I posted a fantasy gift guide earlier this week, the one which includes the kind of gifts I can only dream of right now and let me tell you that a JORD Wood Watch is definitely worthy of being on that list.
I spotted JORD Wood Watches on Pinterest a while back and they really caught my eye, they are so unusual because they are made of wood. I know it sounds a bit crazy and impractical but trust me, they are brilliant and a thing of beauty. Expertly crafted with great attention to detail. I’m thrilled with my Cora watch in zebrawood and super-luxe Swarovski crystal markers on its stunning coral face.
You would be forgiven for thinking that a wood watch should be styled with casual clothing and accessories but no, I styled mine with heels, a smart blouse with billowing sleeves and a tuxedo jacket. They are really versatile time pieces and will work well with pretty much anything else in your wardrobe. They would make a very special gift for one of your loved ones this Christmas, I particularly like the Frankie in sandalwood and slate and I think they are a perfect gift for men too.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my introduction to JORD Wood Watches.
